" Kathleen is a well trained, experienced, and gifted Reiki practitioner. I have experienced Reiki Level 1 training along with a follow-up Reiki session. Both were informative and energizing. Her practice provides a welcoming and relaxing environment. She provides a warm and open personality. In combination, they provide a calmness that helps to balance your own energies. During a session, you can often feel the Reiki energy flowing through her hands. She might ask a few questions to assist her in hand placement and she offers ways you can help yourself to relax and center. While I noticed some slight shifts in my own energies during the session, the real testament comes when you go back outside into the real world.
